Hello everyone,

My name is Jason Wallawine and I am the volunteer subchapter coordinator for Washington State. I am a 27 year old electrical engineer who majored in physics though I never finished any degree. I have been with the movement for just over a year but have had similar ideals my whole life. I live on Camano Island, just North West of Everett off of the north coast of Snohomish County.

Please use this thread to introduce yourselves to your community and get to know those around you who feel the same about our current global socioeconomic paradigm within this broken society. This movement is growing fast and it is our jobs to make Washington a shinning beacon of hope to all of the people of this nation and this world. Join me in welcoming all of our new members and spreading the word that there is a better way for society to function and we have an idea that could end our worlds problems if we would just let it happen. We have a long hard road ahead of us, but we will succeed and we will reunite our fractured and incredibly dysfunctional global family as we step into a new era of human evolution.

Im sorry it's taken me so long to post here, but I never looked in the WA forum when i was looking for a spokane chapter. My name is Patrick Leavy, im a musician living in spokane valley. I've always known something was really wrong with the world, but I guess everyone has. Anyways, I used to think it was because people were "sinful", then I thought it was because people were religous. Then I realized it's because people are completely ignorant, and more importantly I realized that it's not their fault.

Spokane should definately get a chapter going and start working on changing peoples minds in this little town of ours. Im willing to work on it if anyone else is.

Hey Patrick -- Welcome! Sorry for the slow response... things are a bit crazy for me at the moment. Anyway, I got an e-mail from a Jesse Leavy as well, I'm assuming you are related? Jesse was interested in helping with co-coordination. I would love to have both of you involved and have another good friend in Spokane who is interested. There is a guy named Adam in Spokane who was doing some coordination in the past and is also still interested. I'm going to try to catch up on this stuff today if possible, but I have a lot of plates spinning on the personal front at the moment.

I hope you can participate though. Sounds like we might be able to get some Spokane chapter meetings up and running soon and I will try to see that they get posted here. There is also a group-site at zeitgeistspokane.groupsite.com/manage/memberships but I actually think it would be better to use this forum to plan activities so they are more visible.... up to you though.
