05/08/2010 We are meeting in Columbus for a face to face meeting and activism. The details were released through the facebook group mailing system. If you are not on the Facebook Group let me know so I can put you on a email list. Thanks, Matt 03/27/2010 Here are this details for this Saturday(3/27/2010). We are going to meet at the Columbus Metro Library, address 96 S. Grant Ave. Columbus, Ohio 43215 at 11:30am. There, we will have a face to face meeting, discussion, etc… At 2:00pmish we are going to head over to the OSU campus to do some activism handing out DVDs and Flyers. We may head out somewhere to dinner later in the afternoon for anyone who wants to stick around. I believe there is parking at the library, there might be a cost associated with that. 03/11/2010 We are not going to have our Sunday meeting this week on the 14th because of Zday events. Also, our Sunday meetings will now be at noon for a while so we can see if it is a better time to have it. We are also having our second Ohio Chapter face to face meeting in Columbus on the 27th. Also, if you haven’t joined the facebook group for the Ohio Chapter please do so, and let me know if you do. Thanks, Matt 12/17/2009 I added the calendar that appears in the lower left corner of most of the screens. We can now put events up on the calendar for everyone to see. I have the online meetings appearing as a light blue color. 12/6/2009 We are now on FaceBook and here is the link: http://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=202660151006. Also, we have submitted our Chapter numbers for the month of November and we are at 72 official members. 11/14/2009 We are having a special meeting on Sunday the 15th at 9:00pm to discuss everything happening on the 16th. 10/24/2009 We are just getting started on developing the Media Links page and I have started to add some media starting with Adam Curtis and his documentary "The Power of Nightmares" 10/21/2009 Jacque Fresco is coming to Columbus Ohio on November the 16th! I have the list of people who have signed up for the newsletter. I am going to send them each a email asking them if they want to be put on the distribution list.
Matt 09/11/2009 Massive site update today. We are working on getting the user contact map up and running as well as adding a few other things to be of interest to the community as well as the movement in general. Keep checking back!
